Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Unity with AI collects through the site, the Steve voice demo, the contact form, and newsletter signup, how that information is used, when it is shared with service providers, and what choices you have.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Unity with AI website, the Steve voice demo, contact forms, newsletter signup, and related inquiry workflows made available through this site.

The site is built for business evaluation and lead intake. If you do not want us to process information as described here, do not submit forms or use the Steve demo.

2. Information You Provide

When you contact us through the site, we may collect the details you choose to provide, including your first name, last name, company, email address, phone number, and message.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect the email address you submit for that purpose.

If you choose to use Steve, you may also provide information during the call itself, such as your name, company, business type, contact details, and the operational problem you want help with.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites and online services, we and the providers that help us run the site may receive standard technical data when you visit or interact with it. This can include IP address, browser and device information, request headers, timestamps, referrer data, and basic diagnostic or security logs.

We may also use request data such as IP address to protect the Steve demo from abuse, including rate limiting where that protection is configured.

4. How We Use Information

We use information collected through the site to:

  • Respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, and follow up about services.
  • Operate the Steve demo, issue access tokens, review conversation output, and route lead recaps.
  • Send newsletter subscriptions and related confirmation or welcome messages.
  • Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site and its workflows.
  • Protect against abuse, spam, fraud, or misuse of the site and demo systems.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our site policies.

5. Service Providers and Sharing

We share information only where it is reasonably necessary to run the site, deliver the workflow you asked for, or respond to your inquiry.

Providers currently used in the site workflow include Resend for inquiry and recap email delivery, Beehiiv for newsletter subscriptions, and ElevenLabs for the Steve voice demo and related conversation processing. We also rely on hosting, infrastructure, security, and content-delivery providers to serve the site.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer involving the site or its operations.

6. Steve Voice Demo

If you use Steve, your conversation may be processed to create a lead recap, identify missing details, determine whether the call captured the information needed for follow-up, and prepare an internal summary for response.

Depending on what is captured in the conversation, that recap may include contact details, company name, business type, primary pain point, qualification status, transcript excerpts, and a generated summary of the call.

Do not use the Steve demo to submit highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential information unless we have separately agreed in writing to handle it that way.

7. Cookies, Browser Signals, and Similar Tech

The public site is not currently presented as running a separate advertising or behavioral-tracking program. Standard hosting, font delivery, security, and browser technologies may still create technical logs or similar records as part of serving pages and protecting the site.

The site does not currently describe a separate response workflow for browser “Do Not Track” signals. If we add non-essential analytics, advertising tools, or a different signal-handling process later, we will update this policy to reflect that change.

8. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose for which it was collected, to maintain records of communications, to operate the site and demo workflows, or to comply with legal obligations.

Different providers may keep operational records according to their own retention settings and policies. We may update our retention practices as the site evolves.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can choose not to use the contact form, newsletter signup, or Steve demo. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter through the unsubscribe method included in those emails.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or more information about the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email hello@apps.unitywith.ai.

We may need to verify your request and may limit our response where the law allows or requires it.

10. Security and International Processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the site and the workflows it supports. No website, transmission method, or vendor environment is perfectly secure.

The providers we use may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions where they operate. By using the site, you understand that information may be processed outside your state or country.

11. Children

This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, contact us and we will review the request.

12. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version that applies when you visit the site, unless applicable law requires a different notice or consent process.

13. Contact

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@apps.unitywith.ai.
