Copyright and DMCA Policy

If you believe someone is copying Unity with AI materials in a way that infringes copyright, this page explains how to send a notice. It also explains what a counter-notice should include if material was removed in error.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe material associated with Unity with AI has been copied or used in a way that infringes copyright, send a written notice to hello@apps.unitywith.ai with the subject line DMCA Notice.

Your notice should be specific enough for us to identify the work, locate the allegedly infringing material, and contact you about the request.

2. What to Include in a Notice

Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including enough detail for us to locate it.
Your full name, email address, and a mailing address or other reliable contact information.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the challenged use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notice Basics

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the subject line DMCA Counter Notice.

A counter-notice should generally include identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, your contact information, and your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringement

We reserve the right to restrict access, remove materials, refuse inquiries, or take other appropriate steps in response to repeated or clear infringement concerns.

5. Good-Faith Use Only

Send notices and counter-notices only when you have a good-faith basis to do so. Misrepresentations can carry legal consequences.
